Chef Jeff Dysart combines classic culinary training with the artisanal, neighborhood attitude of the brewery. His passion for classic, flavorful, and experimental fare is unrelenting. The menu constantly brims with dishes showcasing the flavors and seasonality of the brewery. Think Bone-In Pork Chops with Shark Meets Hipster pan Sauce, Green Curry Mussels, and, of course, The Burger.
