Kick things off with the Beet & Sunflower Risotto – it's a flavor explosion with green apples, grilled bok choy, Thai basil, and white sesame. Trust us, your taste buds are in for a treat!

For the main course, you can dive into the Braised Short Ribs "Puttanesca." Picture this: tomato-braised short ribs, pommes puree, charred grape tomatoes, and topped with gremolata, fresh chiles, and capers. If seafood is more your style, go for the Pan-Seared Scottish Salmon with radicchio pesto, marble potatoes, roasted baby carrots, dill, and charred lemon. It's a win-win situation!

And because no meal is complete without dessert, we're serving up a Spiced Dark Chocolate Pot with Hazelnut Praline. Get ready to satisfy your sweet tooth in style.

For the 11th anniversary, we brewed a Double Pistachio Milk Stout collaboration with Hop Butcher for the World was brewed with unrefined cacao nibs, lactose, and pistachio. The velvet mouthfeel gives way to a smooth, creamy chocolate finish.

We’ll be tapping Double Milkstachio on Friday, December 15th! Don’t miss your chance to taste one of our favorite annual collabs with our homies at Hop Butcher!

Jacob Huston from DryHop Brewers and Erik Inda from Industry Ales collaborated on a new brew to celebrate Industry’s upcoming opening with a playful beer that should remind you of the all-time classic cocktail, the Old Fashioned. We’ll also have a limited supply of Industry’s upcoming beers to sample, as well as plenty of DryHop beer and food to enjoy.

We’re making a new brew with our friends from Hexe Coffee Co! Join us on Tuesday, November 8th to taste our new Brown Ale made with Hexe Coffee Co’s Barrel-Aged Coldbrew. The Hexe team will be onhand at the event pouring samples of their coffee to enjoy alongside DryHop beers!
